Canine Senses

As a sight and scent hound, Ebbey relies mostly on scent, but also on sight.

Ebbey the search dog stands looking at the top of a snowy mountain ridge in the springtime. She is a reddish tan colored Rhodesian ridgeback cross with a black muzzle, dark ears and black circled eyes.

Humans are primarily visual, whereas dogs rely more on scent.
